Technology of Drilled Hole basket
The hole is conical (3-5°conical degree), the pulp go from small hole side to big hole side. This design has lower resistance, higher open area, higher screening capacity.
It is the best choice for new type water efficient pulp washer. It is able to save 30-40% cost for customer than the traditional mechanical drilling plate.
Over 30 types of bar shapes: wire width from 2.0mm-4.0mm, profile deth fro 0.5mm-1.5mm
