Customer provides manufacturing drawing for products and purchase order requirement. The basic information requirement (be most explicit possible): manufacturing drawing, material requirement, trade standard terms and conditions, mode of transport (ocean transportation vs. air-express)

step 2 quotation

The international sales representatives send customer quotations upon receipt of concrete enquiries

step 3 place order

Customer places an order with us. Please read purchase terms before ordering. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and our customer service will be glad to serve for you

step 4 contract & invoice

After confirmed information of order, we will sign the contract and send it to customer via email. The customer shall sign the contract and send it back to us via email.

Conducting prepayment invoice for buyer. Engineering department provide product drawing for customer double check.

step 5 prepay & confirmed drawing

Buyer paid advance payment, confirmed and signed product drawing, and send back via email.

step 6 production

After confirm the prepayment and product drawing, we shall arrange production.

All qualified products must meet the drawing and final project by the confirmation of buyer and engineer. In addition, the utilization of quality management process ensure 100% qualification rate of ex-factory products. We promise to provide quality report and factory acceptance for customers’ reference.

For customer dispute the quality of product, we invite the communication and cooperation between both parties to investigate cause and effect.

For large order customer, we shall provide excellent onsite surveying and mapping services through our outstanding engineer. VIP customer could place order immediately, no drawing confirmation requirement.
